For these reasons, let us allow ourselves to be more compassionate, kinder, and loving toward who we are at whatever stage in life we find ourselves in, which admittedly can be challenging — where we commit to living our best life, giving us the best chance to love more fully those dear to us — knowing it commences with accepting and loving ourselves.
