Great job describing what we all were going through. It was so hard to process and really still is.

The workers greeted customers with weary eyes. I imagine 9/11 was no picnic for them, either. They had nothing to do with Al Qaeda, but they could see the accusations in the eyes of those who returned after the deli re-opened.
