I apologize this is off-topic but I'm hoping you will respond. Today is Oct. 31. I've been holding on to the email I received that stated we would be reimbursed for discrepancies owed by the end of Oct. Just after the funds dropped, I had two stories boosted that have not earned what they would have back in August. Other people seem to think you are not going to reimburse us. Have I missed an email stating that Medium will not be reimbursing us?
