I certainly agree with this, Nour.

Success isn’t personal or belongs to a group and not the other. It doesn’t care about your skin color, religion, nationality, gender, or sexuality. It’s purely a result of your character and how you deal with life. Today, I won’t beg you to change yourself; I will not influence you to transform your character, and I’m not going to comfort you or tell you that your failure isn’t your mistake. I will leave that to motivational gurus.
