I truly get what you are saying.

However, for me, the heartbreaking part was when the person who should have been the first to believe me, refused to hear anything bad about this ‘friend’. In addition to being traumatized, I would very well have been ostracized on account of my allegations if not for the support of my ride-or-die friends — all of two and both women.
