I encourage you to keep looking for ways to leave. It's sad to think that your work is not your dream. You are a passionate person that deserves to have a job they would do for free if they could. I have been blessed with a low tolerance to stay at jobs I hate. That has resulted in owning two businesses over the years. I am my best boss.
