I do the same. I want people to feel heard but I don't want to go against my Christian beliefs. I know I have non-Christians reading my stuff because they have told me. I do like that. It gives me hope. I also try to write secular pieces hoping it will lead my non-Christian readers to my other works. The problem on Medium is that a lot of people just read so we will reciprocate.

And like you, I won't argue.
