The next article earned a little more income, but look at the other numbers. While there are 54 views, only 39 are reads, and 18 of the 39 commenter are Friends of Medium. Is that why the income is higher? A read ratio of 72% isn’t wonderful. This article discusses our writing.

This is really interesting. I plan on writing something similar today or tomorrow but haven't even looked yet. LOL. To me I think your stats do say that the medium friend deal is helping.
