This should be required reading for all contemplating marriage. When we married we were far from God. He continued to pursue us and showered us with grace when we turned our hearts to Him. Had we not, we would not be married today, 31 years later. Even so, we often talk about how we wish we would have both known Him prior to our marriage because although He has blessed us, there are still consequences for our sins. Today I totally understand God's loving reasons for wanting us to have a relationship with Him prior to marriage. Thanks for a great read.
