Thank you Toni Greathouse for inspiring me to create a journal of personal intentions.

I had no real intention to make resolutions until I read Toni’s post and realized I needed to do this if I really want change in 2023.

  1. Remember faith and hope

Isn’t it silly that a strong Christian woman needs this on her list? But I really do need it down on paper and maybe even flown overhead behind a plane and hollered by some loud guy on the corner. 2018–2022 gnawed at my soul until my faith and hope shrank to less than the size of a mustard seed. I continued to exercise faith by praying, reading the Bible, meditating, and staying in service to others. Even so, without realizing it, I lost hope.
