…lliant banter because your grown son is texting you. It may be an emergency, you tell me. Doubtful. How did WE manage at even younger ages, with only a dime in our pocket, hoping we’d find mom or dad home to answer our payphone call? They usually weren’t there — but we probably just wanted a lift somewhere anyway.
